This retreat is no different.
Come be in a space where you will be celebrated.

Spanning culture, connection and nature, our 6 day, 5 night itinerary will be joy, peace and healing filled.

Daily meals will be provided each day of the retreat. Meals will be largely prepared and curated by Dear Black Women and award winning chef Ederique Goudia (“Chef E”).

We will be at Congo Bongo, an eco-village immersed in the Caribbean jungle. A world designed for you to slow down and return to yourself — in community.

A shuttle will be provided between:
Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) → Congo Bongo (Oct 10, 2026)
Congo Bongo → SJO (Oct 16, 2026)
Departure times will be shared with attendees.
If you miss the scheduled shuttle, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation.

We’re not able to accommodate arrivals before October 10, as we’ll be preparing the space for your experience.
You are welcome to arrive starting at 2pm on October 10.

While we love the little ones — and may offer family retreats in the future — this experience is intentionally created for adult participants.
