Dear Black Woman,

We walking the year DOWN together! Ya heard me?! 😂

And we’re taking the greatest adventure of all while we do it:

The one back home to ourselves.

This is Part 3 of 4, focused on:

Claiming our joy, connection and community. The heartbeat of DBW.

(Missed out? Catch up with Part 1 and Part 2.)

Read on…

A moment at a DBW event. Creating a space for our JOY is our pleasure.

part 3.

claiming joy, connection & community

Belonging, joy, being witnessed, and the heartbeat of DBW.

13.

What joy did I experience this year that deserves to be remembered on purpose?

14.

What moments of connection reminded me that I’m not meant to go through life alone?

Creating a space for our CONNECTION is our joy.

15.

How did others care for me this year, and how did I allow myself to receive it?

16.

What boundaries protected my peace, and which ones need strengthening or softening?

17.

What experiences made me feel belonging, and how can I seek more of that?

Creating a space for our JOY is our joy.

In affirmation of the best in us and for us 💚,

Dear Black Women Founder
