As I write this letter, my mind body and spirit are not aligned, But… It’s okay…

You are in a space where your confidence and your faith is a little shaken by what your physical eyes see.  But my dear beloved, its okay… Sometimes it takes a little bit of shifting in your daily journey to help you to recognize that God got you! Clear your lens and lets reflect a bit- you are born from a lineage of strength, that little brown girl from Brownsville Brooklyn has an amazing story to tell. He gives the best stories to tell to his prime soldiers… so share your story.

You may feel alone, but don’t let that distract you- maybe that is God removing some people, things out of your life to keep you focused.  Although you feel uncertain, what it really boils down to are two words… COURAGE and Confidence.You have gifts and talents that are distinctively and only yours. God didn’t make any mistakes with whom he chose-He chose you…If that isn’t simple enough consider this you have an AMAZING HEART, a bold smile and contagious laugh- YOU ARE one that thrives on expanding by trying new experiences, Beautiful Brown Woman – wasn’t it you who sky dived at 15,000 feet a few years ago. Yessssss that was you flying high and experiencing FEAR and then bliss. YOU DO RECALL that you have traveled a few places over the years and had to get a new passport because the old one was full… Yesssss that was YOU… It is simply pointless to think that your walk, your pain, your success, your love, your body, your flow… was designed for someone else… no one else was built for your life so since that is a fact – go walk in confidence and live your life your life as you design it to be.

In those dark moments when you are feeling a lot of self doubt, and you don’t get the phone calls that you seek, you go ahead and eat your ice cream, but don’t beat your soul with negativity remind your soul of these truths:

  1. YOU ARE D.A.F (DOPE AS FUCCC) & D.A.F (Determined Audacious & Fabulous) (LIKE FOR REAL!)

  2. YOU ARE LOVED (LIKE FOR REAL)

  3. YOUR ENERGY IS CONTAGIOUS 

  4. YOU are ANCHORED IN GOD, SOMETIMES IT MAY SEEM THAT the anchor is loose, JUST TIGHTEN YOUR GRIP UNTO HIS PROMISES ON YOUR LIFE

  5. TRUST YOUR DOPENESS, YOU ARE AS SMART AS YOU THINK

  6. Don’t give the world permission to define your greatness 

  7. WHAT IS IN THE PRESENT IS TEMPORARY

  8. You have the ability to recreate yourself endlessly

  9. GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY

  10. MAINTAIN GRACE, CHECK PEOPLE ALWAYS –ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY GET OUT OF POCKET-ONE TIME IS ENOUGH

  11. YOU HAVE WHAT YOU NEED IN YOUR HANDS TO CREATE THE LIFE THAT YOU WANT

  12. KEEP WALKING EVEN WHEN YOU ARE AFRAID
