"You know it’s okay to keep some of you for you right?"

Remember it’s okay to cry, scream, talk, kick, jump. You can go sit on someone’s couch anytime you need so they can listen to you.

Hey you…

Yeah I’m talking to you...

Stop hiding.... stop being afraid... stop living in fear... stop saying yes when you want to say no.

You know it’s okay to keep some of you for you right?

Haven’t you had enough of giving all of you to everyone except for yourself?

Don’t let people try to mule you.

Don’t pretend to be happy when you are sad.

It’s okay to express your true feelings no matter who you piss off.

Stop letting people police your mind body, and spirit.

Because you know you’re always on the right path when mind, body, spirit are in agreement.

Your intuition lets you know.

I know you let the sexual abuse silence you at four years old.

You can use your voice now.

You can speak.

You can live and in peace.

You know you don’t have to fight any more.

You don’t have to live in fear.

Remember it’s okay to cry,

scream,

talk ,

kick

jump,

You can go sit on someone’s couch anytime you need so they can listen to you.

So they can remind you of who you are.

You have everything you need to be successful.

Everything you need is already within you.

Do you remember Mama Friend taught you another way to live?

Mama Friend taught you how to live an easier way.

Mama Friend taught you how to stop fighting as if you were still four years old when your innocence was taken away.

Mama Friend taught you how to channel your energy in positive ways.

Mama Friend taught you how to be calm and how to make waves.

Continue to make waves.

Buy Lobster.

And remember you’re parking space is always waiting for you no matter where you are in the world!

Blessed Be!
