I have never talked positive about you…

As a matter of fact, you and I have never talked about loving you.  You have so much hate inside your soul that you won’t allow me to love you.

Please let me love you in a way that deserves.  Let me nurture your mental so we can have positive conversations about self-care, and self-love that will create a self-affirmation theory that will strengthen the way you think about yourself.

Well dammit right now while you’re reading this letter I’ve got time.  I need you to stop self- sabotaging yourself with self-hate.  I understand that your childhood has created an unforeseen negative journey that has led you to perpetuate an unhealthy mindset.

I need you to stop:

  • hating yourself for past abortions

  • hating yourself for an imperfect childhood

  • hating yourself for thinking you’re less than

You have never truly loved, but I know you want it – you yearn for it in fact.  You keep this imaginary falsified armor of hate deliberately visible because in a twisted way you think positivity is only for those who live a near perfect life.

Please let me love you in a way that deserves.  Let me nurture your mental so we can have positive conversations about self-care, and self-love that will create a self-affirmation theory that will strengthen the way you think about yourself.

My beautiful black sista YOU ARE WORTHY OF LOVE.  YOU WERE BORN WORHTY.

LET’S TALK…I LOVE YOU.  LET’S EMBRACE YOU!
