Dear Black Woman,
This affirmation goes to all of my melanated sisters-- from my beautiful light skinned "Ginas" to my beautiful brown sisters who are the darkest of the hues.

To us sisters with the politically correct names to the ones who will never be able to find their name on a keychain.
To my "baby got back" sisters to my "cant tell me nothing slim thick" chicks.

You always have to work harder and be smarter than the rest. At work and in life, being firm in your belief, does not make you a bitch. It is ok to say no.
