"I affirm to myself that I am valid and that I make a difference."

Somewhere in my life I lost who I was.

I can remember vaguely moments of complete freedom and ease. I didn't care what anyone thought because I lived for me.

I could taste, feel, touch, smell, and see everything I desired. My senses were not astray from me.

I affirm to myself that I am valid and that I make a difference.

I trusted the story given to me by others but all isn’t lost. I see, feel, smell, touch and taste everything I've been through. That energy lives with me for a reason. It acts as a reminder to trust myself and my experiences.

I affirm to myself that I am valid and that I make a difference. I affirm that I have control over my senses. I affirm that I can do anything I desire. I affirm that my experiences are important and have significance.

I affirm that god makes no mistakes.
