What is DBW?

Dear Black Women is an affirmation movement and support network for Black women by Black women.

Launched in 2017 by founder, Florence Noel, Dear Black Women has reached over 15,000 Black women via offline and online channels, including our affirmation circles and events, social media, daily affirmation texts, newsletters, online community and more.

All of Dear Black Women’s activities have been guided by the belief that we are worthy of our love, now and always, and when we share this love in community, we are powerful.
