"There is never a time where you should be proving your worth to anyone. Ever."

Hey girl:

Do you know that you are worthy? Worthy of being here. Worthy to fill space.  Worthy of the place you are currently in. Worthy of life.  Worthy of love. Worthy of your current journey.

YOU ARE WORTHY.

There is never a time where you should be proving your worth to anyone.  Ever.  If someone acts as though that is a requirement for you to be in their space, don’t be in it.  You do not need that negative energy.  You do not need to be made to feel that your worth is determined by what you can do for someone else.

Listen to that again: You do not need to be made to feel that your worth is determined by what you can do for someone else.

Or some arbitrary set of expectations they created in their head.  Your worth has been granted to you by a higher power.  Your presence on this Earth means that you are worthy.  Remember that.  There is never a time where you should be proving this to anyone.

Your worth has been granted to you by a higher power.  Your presence on this Earth means that you are worthy.  Remember that.  There is never a time where you should be proving this to anyone.

And while we’re at it…

This includes yourself.

Yes, you.  You are worthy of all the joy, happiness, praise, love, sugar, spice, and everything nice.  I know that’s difficult for you to swallow and believe but it is true.

You are worthy.

You are worthy.

Do you hear that? You are worthy.

Now let’s work to accept that. Sit with that.  Believe that. You must see that for yourself. You must know that you are not obligated to prove yourself of being worthy to anyone.  There is good in you, it pours from you, it radiates from you.  If that is not enough for someone, if they need more than what you can provide, then they need someone else.  Then they need someone else.  They need someone else.  Because the problem they have is personal, it is not with you.

Become so rooted in your worth that no one can make you feel unworthy of anything.

Who I am is worthy.

What I am is worthy.

I am worthy.

In love,

Elena
